All staff was friendly and helpful as well as accessible. The room was very clean up to date amd functional, loved the space.

This hotel was filled with pleasant surprises. It's like Home2Suites thought of all the little things that need to be considered when you stay in a hotel. The quality was top-notch and everything was comfortable. The shower was the best shower we have ever experienced in a hotel without question. We liked the spacious feel and the location. The bed was exceptional.

Superb breakfast, pool was clean, rooms were much more equipped with home items than expected. The convenience items in the lobby were helpful in a pinch and worth the up-charge.

The hotel is great. Clean and comfortable like a proper hotel should be! It’s near a lot of restaurants and pubs so finding something to do is easy as check in was! Staff was totally awesome and the coffee was still fresh at 10 when I needed it! Seriously you can’t beat this for the price.

Everything was wonderful!!! the attention of the employees in the reception area covering all our needs to make our stay more pleasant. Incredibly delicious breakfasts!!!!

Pretty much everything. Only one room issue…bathroom door lock is put on backwards and can only lock it from the outside

The location was easy to find and easy to get to from the zoo. The breakfast was fantastic! What I ate was delicious, and my niece and nephew loved the variety of food and said it was the best breakfast besides mine. lol

Liked the pull out couch to provide another sleeping spot since I have 2 teenagers - one female & one male.
